There’s only one thing that happens when we stay silent…we hurt more. We struggle internally. We fight ourselves, and others. Nothing feels right.
Whether your form of speaking is journaling or physically talking, it doesn’t matter but put your emotions somewhere. Feel how amazing it is to let go of some of the weight. Just say the word, “I feel X” and allow yourself to continue to express. There is no right way or wrong way to express, so put it somewhere because you weren’t meant to hold it on your own.
