Hello! My name is Laura, your teammate and certified life coach! It’s a pleasure to meet you and I am so excited to begin our journey together. I hold a master’s degree in nutrition and have had years of personal training and crossfit coaching experience. I have worked through body dysmorphia and eating issues, and years and years of anxiety and depression later diagnosed as OCD, which rocked my world in more ways than I could ever imagine. Through this journey, I have learned so much about myself and developed ways that both, keep my mind at ease and my life in a balance.
I have years of experience assisting people in their journey towards change, and I am fully committed to helping you get to the core of you in order to experience that same change! Together we will peel back the layers and work to understand the personal and emotional factors that might be contributing to the struggles with personal growth and behavioral change you are experiencing. Self-reflection and introspection, are key elements in helping you realize the strength in vulnerability, and today we can begin that process together!
I became so aware of how much people struggle without ever talking about it, so I am determined to encourage people to find power in their voice. I am passionate about sharing my story to help others feel more comfortable in sharing their own and owning their own. I am committed to burying the stigmas of mental health and shames of personal struggle, while empowering people to embrace vulnerability. I am excited to share my knowledge of fitness and nutrition to help people feel better. And I look forward to getting to know each and everyone one of you in your journey towards a better YOU!
